We’re launching two Linux training courses. The goal is straightforward: help organisations leave Windows without leaving staff stranded, or IT without a method.
The blocker on a migration is often not “does Linux work”. It’s day-to-day work for staff, and the IT team’s ability to deploy and maintain the estate.
Two audiences, two formats
Linux end users: 2 days. For staff, agents, elected officials. Debian desktop, LibreOffice, files, printing, everyday security. No technical prerequisites. The point: being able to work normally from day one of the switch.
Linux administrators: 3 days. For IT teams. Reference workstation, small fleet, printing, directory, updates, backups, and a realistic migration roadmap.
We train on Debian. A session on Ubuntu is available on request. On-site or remote.
Why now
More local authorities and companies are seriously looking at leaving Windows: cost, hardware lifespan, control of tools. We’ve covered the ground side with La Croix-en-Touraine, and the technical base with NixOS and digital sovereignty.
These courses sit alongside what we already do in audit, deployment and MCO. Upskilling in-house also reduces dependence on a single provider.
