Costs and ownership

The quote details the monthly hosting cost before any decision. Servers are rented in the organisation's name from a French host. The organisation keeps ownership of its data and can change provider.

The migration follows the same method as for a company: audit, pilot, tool switch, then Linux desktops if wanted. See Microsoft 365 migration.

The association space in Nextcloud Files
One folder per committee, on a server rented in the association's name.

Volunteer training

Volunteers and remote staff take a one-day remote onboarding session. Two referents are trained for 2 days to welcome newcomers and manage accounts.

Files, yes: the Nextcloud server is rented in France, in the organisation's name. Email is entrusted to a European host.

How it starts

  1. A one-hour first conversation By video call, with an engineer. You describe your context, tools and constraints, and we show you the relevant software running.
  2. An audit or a scoping phase 2 to 5 days depending on the scope. You receive a report, an action plan and a quote. The report is yours, whatever comes next.
  3. The project, then ongoing support Migration, installation or development, in stages you sign off. Then support, maintenance or managed services, at the level you choose.
