Fixed fee or time spent

Deployment & migration

Migration of your servers, desktops, accounts and collaboration tools to free software, in stages.

Fixed fee

Operations start-up

We take over your environment to start support, MCO or managed services: access, contacts, documentation.

Frequently asked questions

Can we leave Microsoft 365 entirely?

Yes, for files, video calls, calendars, email and office documents: Nextcloud, European email and LibreOffice cover these uses. Windows-only business applications are handled case by case. Details are on our Microsoft 365 migration page.

What is the difference between support, MCO and managed services?

Support steps in when you call. MCO adds monitoring, updates and backups. Managed services hand all operations to Hebeko. The comparison table details all three.

Do you also work on Windows?

Yes, during a migration and as long as Windows desktops or servers remain in use. The software we deploy is free software.

What happens after the audit?

You receive a prioritized report with an action plan. You are free to stop there, or continue with deployment, support, MCO or managed services, depending on your priorities.

What are your response times?

They are set in the contract for each service level. For a blocking outage: 8 business hours for support, 4 for MCO, 2 for managed services (business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm CET).

Where do you work?

Our engineers travel anywhere in France and work remotely when the project allows.

Do you also offer training?

Yes: Zorin OS for end users, Linux administrators, Nextcloud, Grist, NixOS and DevOps (Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD), on-site or remote.

How it starts

  1. A one-hour first conversation By video call, with an engineer. You describe your context, tools and constraints, and we show you the relevant software running.
  2. An audit or a scoping phase 2 to 5 days depending on the scope. You receive a report, an action plan and a quote. The report is yours, whatever comes next.
  3. The project, then ongoing support Migration, installation or development, in stages you sign off. Then support, maintenance or managed services, at the level you choose.
