Training quote form: organization, training course, number of participants, format, name, email address, message.
Demo space: name, email address, organization.
Server logs: IP address, date and time of requests.

This data is used to answer your request, and the logs to secure the site. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and legitimate interest for the logs (article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

Hebeko's partners. The site and mailbox are hosted in France by OVH SAS. No transfer outside the European Union, except for YouTube videos (see Cookies).

Retention periods

Form messages: 12 months after the last exchange, or 3 years after the last contact if the request leads to a proposal.
Demo account: disabled after 30 days, deleted 30 days later.
Server logs: 12 months.
Client data: as set out in the general terms of sale.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@hebeko.fr. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

A single technical cookie protects the forms. It expires when the browser closes. No tracking cookie or audience measurement tool.

A YouTube video loads only after you click "Play video". Your IP address is then sent to Google, which may process it outside the European Union.
