Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject). Article 6(1)(f) for server logs (legitimate interest in ensuring service security).

Retention period

Contact form messages: 12 months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is established.
Server logs: 12 months maximum.

Hosting and transfers

Data is hosted in France by OVH SAS. No transfer outside the European Union.
